Our community amenities are only open to the residents of Latitude on Hillsborough. But don’t worry, your guests will be able to enjoy the fun as well!
Leasing “by-the-bed” is a freedom from standard leasing contracts. It gives you flexibility to be on a separate leasing contract from the rest of your roommates. Each tenant of your unit will have a personalized lease: They will be responsible for their own rent payment only.
At Latitude, we take a modern approach when leasing our Raleigh apts. We don’t require for residents to get a cosigner for their lease. In place of a cosigner, we ask for our residents to get a guarantor to sign a guaranty form.
A guarantor is a financially secure individual, usually a parent or guardian of the resident. They will ensure timely and full payments are made each month for rent. This individual cannot be apart of the Latitude on Hillsborough community. If you have any questions regarding qualifications for being a guarantor for a resident, reach out to our leasing office.

Each individual unit will have a mailbox located on the first floor of Latitude Hillsborough. Expecting a package that won’t fit in your mailbox? Our leasing office will keep your package until you’re able to pick it up.
For your convenience, you can pay rent through our online Resident Portal. Simply log in and select the option in the dashboard to make a payment. Through this portal you can also set up reoccurring payments by adding credit card or banking information. You can also view past transactions by visiting the “payments” tab.
Maintenance requests are all handled through our online resident portal. Once you log in, navigate your way through the dashboard. You’ll see the option to submit a work order form, fill it out and it will be sent straight to our maintenance team. You can also view the history of past requests by navigating through the maintenance tab.
